Established in 1985, Atlanta-based PROVEN SOLUTIONS, INC. specializes in
pre-purchase consulting, sales, implementation and training for the AMSI
Property Management and Accounting System.
Michael Tuhus, President - Mike founded PROVEN SOLUTIONS in 1985 to assist property management firms select appropriate software to their needs and then leverage that investment through knowledgeable training and support. PROVEN SOLUTIONS has developed a reference base of local, regional and national real estate firms by introducing them to new technology. He has a BA from UNH, an MBA from Harvard and also attended University of Florida. Mike has sales and management experience with several other software companies including nine years with IBM. He enjoys tennis, skiing, golf, history, geography and music.
Thala Davis, Vice-President and Director of Implementation & Training
- Thala has 25+ years of accounting background including 20 years in real estate accounting with experience in Multifamily, Commercial,
Home Owner’s Association, and Development. She has successfully implemented
and trained over 300 PROVEN SOLUTIONS clients in 26 states and has worked with five different brands of Property Management software. She has helped implement AMSI web based
solutions at dozens of companies.
Mark Johnson, Director of Business Development - Mark has
worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years, with experience in all
phases of multifamily and commercial property management, as well as the
technologies supporting the industry. As a Vice-President for Johnstown American
Companies, he was involved in the development and implementation of cutting-edge
software technologies for multifamily property management. Prior to joining
PROVEN SOLUTIONS, he founded a software development and consulting company
specializing in sales and inventory database applications for commercial real
estate brokers.
